Shipping policy

We ship across India. Every CoolX piece is printed to order, so there are two stages to the timeline: production, then transit.

Production time

Most orders are printed and packed within 2 to 4 business days. Orders with multiple items or custom print colours may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days. Remote and north-eastern pin codes can take up to 10 business days.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999. Below that, a flat Rs. 79 applies. Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional Rs. 49 handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully before confirming. Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we can reship it once you cover the return and redelivery charges.
