These terms govern your use of coolxcollections.com and any purchase you make from CoolX. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

CoolX is an Indian apparel brand selling printed clothing for men, women and children. Contact us at support@coolxcollections.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Made to order

Our garments are printed after you order. Screen colours vary between devices, and a small variation between the on-screen mockup and the finished print is normal. Placement may shift by a few millimetres. These are characteristics of printed apparel, not defects.

Intellectual property

The CoolX name, logo, designs, artwork, photography and site content belong to CoolX and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
